Where are T7DR(A) Tax Remittance Forms?

No paper means no tax remittance forms...

Because Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) is not sending any personalized paper forms to taxpayers this year, tax and financial advisors may want to have extra blank T7DR(A) Electronic Filing Remittance Forms in their offices this year. 

Bulk orders can be made by calling 1-800-959-2221. This is important if your client wants to pay by cheque. Mailed remittances can be sent to:

Cash Section, Room 170
Ottawa, ON  K1A 1A3.

This form is also available at local tax services offices or tax centres.
