Jan Bartscht, a futurist and innovation consultant specializing in helping leaders to fight disruptive change by transforming their organizations and people into agile digital innovators. Described as a “bold and visionary disruptor,” Jan sees first-hand the reality of “innovate or die” in his daily work, consistently observing that there are essentially two kinds of firms: those who are being disrupted and those who don’t know they are being disrupted. Jan has spoken at TEDx, the Thunderbird School of Global Management, Lean In Malaysia Summit and other international conferences, and has been engaged as an adjunct lecturer for social entrepreneurship at INTI and Puthisastra Universities.
