4.    Role Description:

This role is a multi-functional position that includes presenting the ‘face’ of Knowledge Bureau to our clients and contacts as well as student and administrative functions to ensure a consistent and high level of service are provided for both internal and external customers. A team player capable of also working independently, the ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced, creative environment and have sales experience working with busy professionals. All incoming calls, student related administration services and Knowledge Bureau specific administrative services are included.  Emphasis on reliability and precision is required.
