Kristin is a proud young professional woman in wealth advisory, with over 15 years’ experience in the financial services. Her experience includes Canadian/US personal banking and lending, retail and institutional investment account management, portfolio analysis/construction, security research and trading, and financial and estate planning. She is an IIROC Licensed Securities Specialist and has a growing passion for holistic wealth advisory. Kristin is a firm believer in the important of financial education and is committed to a multi-stakeholder approach to real wealth management.

Evelyn Jacks, MFA, DFA-TSS – President, Knowledge Bureau

Evelyn is Canada’s most respected educator in tax and financial literacy and one of Canada’s most prolific financial authors, having written 53 books, many of them best-sellers. Her most recent are: Essential Tax Facts, How to Make the Right Tax Moves and Be Audit-Proof, Too and Defusing the Family Business Time Bomb . Evelyn appears regularly in MoneySense Magazine, on BNN, CBC and regional media.

Duane W. Green - President and Chief Executive Officer, Franklin Templeton Canada

Fiduciary Trust Company of Canada Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Duane Green is president and CEO of Franklin Templeton Canada and of Fiduciary Trust Company of Canada. He oversees Franklin Templeton's Canadian business. Franklin Templeton Canada is celebrating its 65th anniversary in the Canadian Market which manages over $45 on behalf of Canadian Investors, split roughly 50/50 between retails and institutional. One or a few firms to be as well entrenched in the Canadian market. Offering Canadian institutions and investors with mutual fund, pooled fund, ETFs and alternatives.

At DAC, Duane will be speaking on the topic of the big changes that are coming in the financial industry, and what they mean for the advisor of the future.

Tony Mahabir - Chairman and CEO, Canfin Financial Group of Companies

Tony is the Chairman and CEO of Canfin Financial Group of Companies, an entity which provides professional wealth management advisory services to businesses, professionals and individuals across Canada and globally. Outside of work, he is the President of the CONVENTION OF INDEPENDENT FINANCIAL ADVISORS (CIFA), a Swiss non-profit Foundation and Non-Governmental Organization in general consultative status with the Social and Economic Counsel (ECOSOC) of the United Nations. In North America, he serves as the Chairman of The Canadian Institute of Financial Planning, Director of the U.S. Based Financial Planning Association and sits on the Board of Governors for Humber College Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning.

At DAC, Tony will be speaking on the topic of STRATEGIC ALLIANCES – How to Build a Cross Border Network.

Michael Nuschke, CFP - Owner and Director, Focus on Mexico

Michael is the owner and Director of Focus On Mexico an educational organization that runs programs on how to retire in Mexico. Recently he completed a 40-year career as financial advisor including advising expat Canadians in the early 1990’s while with Canadian International Consultants Inc.

Michael is also a “Retirement Futurist”, speaker, author and blogger on the future of retirement via his company, RetirementSingularity.com

At DAC Michael will be discussing MOVING TO MEXICO? Know the Essential Money Matters.

Daniel Collison B.A., CFP, TEP- Managing Partner, Advice to Advisors

Daniel Collison is the Managing Partner with financial education firm Advice2Advisors, which trains, mentors and coaches financial advisors of all tenures. Dan is a CFP, a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP), and a member of the Financial Therapy Association (FTA).

At DAC, Dan will speak on the topic: Modern Prospecting Theory.
