So how can you treat your clients like kings to grow your business? By taking a leaf out of Lisa’s book:

  • Combine your knowledge and ongoing professional development with what you know about your client’s particular situation, concerns and goals to give them the best possible advice.
  • Pursue professional designations and lifelong learning to enhance your credibility with your clients. They are far more willing to accept your advice if they have confidence in your knowledge and professionalism.
  • Defer to your clients to make the decisions about where they want to go and what they want to do, and provide them with the best information and service to get them there.
