Tuition Fee Payment Options

Registering to take certificate courses under our Specialized Credentials Programs or Continuing Education including CE Savvy Summit passes and the Acuity Conference for Distinguished Advisors (DAC)?  Take advantage of tuition fee savings this month and find out more about our tuition fee payment options below:

Tuition Payment Options. Your tuition fees for Knowledge Bureau can be paid by e-transfer or credit card.  Tuition fees may be reduced in these ways, depending on whether you pay as an individual student or whether your employer pays as part of a Workplace Training program.

Individual Students

1. Pay tuition fees in full (avoid instalment fees)
2. Be an Early Bird!  Enrol by sessional deadlines (see below)
3. Take Multiple Courses in the Specialized Credentials Program (DMA™ Diploma or Designation options) or multiple Continuing Education Courses (CE Savvy Summits or Biz Ed Collections).  The more courses you take, the more you save.
4. Graduate!  Qualify for the VIP Graduate Affinity Program (see below)

Workplace Training – Group Discounts.  Employers, please contact us to customize your training for your employees, partners or associates and negotiate a workplace training payment plan. We can offer you group discounts as follows:

1. Specialized Credentials Program:  
   1. 1 person in any multiple-course program:  The Designate Affinity Program discount ($200) is allowed for office team members in the academic year in which at least one team member achieves designation.  Qualify for VIP Affinity Programs by activating your status by June 30 each year.  
   2. 2 people in a diploma program (Designate program pricing)
   3. 3 people in a single course (Diploma pricing)
   4. 6 people in a single course (Designate program pricing)
2. Continuing Education Program:
   1. CE Savvy Summits: Save $200 in the academic year in which at least one team member achieves designation.    
3. Office Training Package: Larger Enterprises

VIP Graduate Affinity Program

Certificate Holders:   Qualify for a $100 tuition reduction on your next certificate Course taken within one year of graduation.

Designation Holders:  You and the team members in one branch office qualify for a $200 tuition reduction on your next certificate Course taken within one year of graduation.

Complimentary Graduation Gifts:

1. An Exclusive Invitation to the annual Graduation Dinner Ceremony at the Acuity Conference for Distinguished Advisors.  Graduates may come to the ceremony and dinner with our complements and can stay for the adjoining conference at a reduced Team Member rate – a great way to meet fellow grads from coast to coast. Family members and associates $95 plus taxes
2. A Free CE Savvy Biz Ed Course Collection  (Designates - Earn 5 CE Credits towards annual relicensing of your designation).
3. No fee instalment plan on your next course selections (see below).

EZ-Y Instalment Payment Plan

Alumni - Graduates and Designates.  Alumni who qualify for the VIP Grad Affinity Program by graduating from a Specialized Credentials program during the prior academic year (July 1 to June 30) may negotiate to pay tuition on their next program by instalment and avoid instalment fees ($45 per instalment payment) when they register in a minimum of 2 Certificate Courses in the Specialized Credentials Program or in the Continuing Education Programs (CE Savvy Summits or CE Savvy Biz Ed micro-course collections)

Undergrads and New Students.  For each instalment payment there is a $45 instalment charge.  Call 1-866-953-4769 to register by instalment. 

Terms and Conditions.  The first payment of $395 plus taxes and instalment fee of $45 is a non-refundable registration fee.

Early Registration Deadlines and Discounts

• Specialized Credentials Department: Register by March 15, June 15, September 15 and December 15 to save an additional $100 on your program selections.
• CE Savvy Summits:  Register at least 2 weeks prior to the event to take advantage of early registration discount.
