Hotel Registration: Please Read Carefully
- Delegates, including sponsors, their spouses and team members must first be registered for the 2025 Acuity Conference for Distinguished Advisors (DAC) in order to book rooms.
- Please complete one registration form for each guest attending and their category (Delegate, Spouse, Team Member, Sponsor, Sponsor-Speaker).
- To attend the conference, delegates must register at the conference hotel Sheraton Buganvilias Resort & Convention Center using this booking site only.
- The conference dates are November 23, 24, 25 and 26 (conference ends at noon).
- You may book additional days at the conference rate – which is all inclusive – for 3 days prior and 4 days after the event.
- Rooms and rates are quoted in U.S. funds and converted to Canadian funds on payment; reservations will be subject to the exchange rate on date of reservation plus a 6% handling fee.
- Rooms are offered on a first come, first served basis at the conference rate negotiated for our delegates and are subject to availability.
Included in the hotel all inclusive package is the following:
- All Taxes including food, beverage and all service fees for food, beverage, bellman and maid gratuities – however room service is excluded.
- Early arrival, (3 pre-conference days), in conference days and post-conference days (4) as per rates quoted
- Deluxe rooms can have a king size or two double beds (subject to availability)
- Buffet breakfast or “ala carte” at the restaurants during the nights in which there are no conference events. Previous reservation at Gaviotas Gourmet Mexican, Punta Sal and Trattoria Italian are required. Dress code in effect (no shorts, sandals, shirts without sleeves for the gentlemen) and children under 14 not allowed in the Gourmet Mexican Restaurant.
- Package begins with lunch on the arrival date and ends with buffet breakfast on the departure date. Should breakfast on arrival or lunch/dinner on departure be required there is an additional cost.
- Snack bar food including La Pizzeria included
- 8 hours continuous coffee break served during business meeting schedule
- Unlimited open bar with domestic and international premium brands from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm with 11:00 pm to 01:00 am at Gastro Bar Embarcadero
- Mini bar includes beer, soft drinks, juice and bottled water
- There is a minimum of three nights stay (Nov 23, 24, 25)
- There are no refunds or credits for services or facilities used on the property.
- Does not include Deli by Starbucks, Nine Ninety 9 and UMAI restaurants
- Refund policy hotel bookings: Under our agreement with the hotel, we can offer the following refund policy: 100% refunded by January 31, 2025 if you notify Knowledge Bureau in writing. Thereafter, 15% if notification is received prior to June 30, 10% if notification is received prior to August 31, 5% if notification is received prior to September 30.
- Refund policy conference registration fee: No refunds. In the case of hardship (illness, injury, disability or death) a credit for 75% of the fee may be applied to other Knowledge Bureau Programs.
Not included
You will be asked for a credit card upon arrival for any amenities and activities that are not part of the inclusive package itemized above.
This includes:
- Room service
- Some extra menu item selections/liquors selections at restaurants
- Laundry service
- Bar service
- Extra drinks not included in all-inclusive package
- Extra activities inside or outside of the resort
- Travel costs to and from the hotel
- Telephone calls
- Additional Internet bandwidth charges
- Insurance: Travel, health, life, etc. Please ensure that each family member and/or team member is adequately insured
Please protect yourself accordingly using appropriate risk management measures relating to food consumption, travel insurance and any others experiences you will participate in at these events.
Knowledge Bureau, its owners, sponsors, speakers, employees, subcontractors, the venue and any member of these organizations cannot take any responsibility whatsoever for any personal injury, affliction, accident, or financial consequences due to the attendance at any of its live or live virtual events and attendees are herewith notified thereof and travel and participate at their own risk.
Check-in:
- All guests must present a valid passport at check-in.
- All guests must present a valid credit card at check-in.
- All guests must download the immigration form and have it printed at the front desk on check in.
